The secret of living is to find a pivot. The pivot of a concept on which you can make your stand. An entrepreneurial mindset helps you always make plans and do something different almost daily.

In this episode, Allison Norris, the Founder, and CEO of The Dentele Group, joins Dr. Eric Block to discuss her journey of becoming an entrepreneur from being a hygienist.

The Dentele Group positions dental professionals in non-clinical positions, which enables them to achieve growth outside the scope of dentistry.

Allison Norris is a dental hygienist and consultant. Refusing to stay stagnant in her career, she took a leap of faith in 2018 and left clinical dentistry. She accepted each growth opportunity with open arms. Some of Allison’s accomplishments include speaking for a dental pharmaceutical company, owning a consulting agency, coaching hundreds of hygiene teams across the Southeast, building a consulting division at a dental billing organization, and launching an orthodontic tech startup as the director of development. After making the decision to resign from the startup, she used the skills she had accumulated to launch The DenTele Group, LLC.
